Brief
Level is a contemporary dance studio located in Los Angeles, California. The problem that I worked to solve was to create a website that mirrors the energetic culture of the dance studio in a modern and creative way. Level Dance Studio has professional, top dancers as well as choreographers that help to train those who want to excel in their personal dancing journey. Level also offers a high profile recruitment program to talent managers looking for performers.
Solutions
To mirror the exciting atmosphere of the studio, I incorporated dancers in dynamic poses throughout the site. There are red rectangles of fabric interacting with elements throughout the site to create movement and lead the viewer down the page. I chose to work in gray-scale with a punch of red to give a striking, modern look to the site.
